ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 cups bananas, very ripe, mashed
- 2 eggs
- 2 1⁄2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 1⁄4 cups brown sugar
- 2⁄3 cup plain yogurt
- 1⁄3 cup canola oil
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 tablespoons flax seed meal
directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Line two 8" loaf pans with enough foil to be able to wrap up the bread once it has been cooked.
- In large bowl beat eggs, then add other ingredients and mix until combined.
- Pour batter equally into 2 loaf pans.
- Bake 50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool completely then wrap and save for later or slice and enjoy.
