Mom's Banana Bread

"Moist & healthy banana bread. Pecans are a nice addition to this recipe. If you don't have enough banana, applesauce can be added until you have the correct amount."

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Line two 8" loaf pans with enough foil to be able to wrap up the bread once it has been cooked.
  • In large bowl beat eggs, then add other ingredients and mix until combined.
  • Pour batter equally into 2 loaf pans.
  • Bake 50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  • Allow to cool completely then wrap and save for later or slice and enjoy.
