These are really good. You can freeze the dough ahead of time for up to 2 weeks. Just roll into a log and wrap well in wax paper. Slice off what you need.

Mix all the ingredients together.

Bake in a 350 oven on an ungreased cookie tray for 12 to 15 minute DO NOT OVERCOOK. Remove when they are light brown on the bottom.
