Mom's Apple Pie Martini

"I was given a bottle of Gold Schlager for my birthday and didn't know what to do with it...invented this delicious drink."

• Yields: 1 coctail
• Serves: 1

ingredients

• 1 ounce vodka
• 1 ounce goldschlager
• 3 ounces apple juice
• 1 dash cinnamon
• 1 cup ice

directions

1. mix the vodka, Schnapps, apple juice and ice together in a martini shaker.
2. shake vigorously for 20 seconds.
3. strain into martini glass.
4. sprinkle cinnimon on top.

Yum! This was smooth and tasty. I also used vanilla vodka which I think only enhanced the pie taste. Thanks!

I had apple cider instead of apple juice and decided to add Vanilla Vodka instead of plain, but WOW this was great! It is not too sweet or alcohol-y, just right. Great recipe! :D Jewel
