This is the recipe we grew up with. My sister, Sarah, was kind enough to measure what I've always done by sight so we can share it with everyone. She doesn't add capers though ;-)
- Preheat ovent to 375.
- Combine all ingredients, mix well and bake for an hour, or until done in a loaf pan.
Really great meatloaf! I left out the parsley and capers. There was a little over 2 lbs of ground beef, but I kept all the other amounts the same. Very easy to throw together. I made it in a glass loaf pan and it took about 1 1/2 hours to get up to the right temp. Thank you!
