This is an old recipe from a friend of mine, Momie who has passed on which I have never posted I just found it today. Cool and creamy very refreshing especially with something spicy incredibly simple to prepare quick if company is coming.
- Cool Whip should be room temperature. Sprinkle both packages of jell-o over it, fold gently into cottage cheese, drain and fold in fruit and if desired nuts, set up for 20 minutes in refrigerator.
