Everyone loves this potato salad. It has such great flavor when served room temperature. It's really simple and just a few ingredients.

  1. Boil potatoes and eggs.
  2. Cool enough to handle.
  3. Peel eggs and chop.
  4. Cube potatoes with or without skins. I prefer the skins on it adds color and texture.
  5. Add sliced scallions, minced green pepper and minced onion.
  6. Gently mix together.
  7. Add mayonnaise and mustard approximately 1 scoop of mayonnaise with 1 teaspoons Of mustard. {Use as much mayo and mustard as you like}
  8. Then add celery salt to taste.
  9. Serve warm, this is where you get the flavor.
