  • Peel and cook Potatoes, Do not rinse, then cut into cubes.
  • Fry Bacon to Crisp and Chop in Small Pieces - Reserve 2 Tbsp of Bacon Drippings.
  • Hard Boil Eggs, then peel and dice.
  • Chop, Dice, and Slice Vegetables.
  • In a very large bowl, add potatoes, bacon, and eggs while they are still warm.
  • Add in onions then all of the other ingredients.
  • Stir while still warm, add mayo if needed.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour prior to serving.
  • ENJOY!
