  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Melt butter, chocolate chips and cocoa until combined and smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and add vanilla.
  4. Combine chocolate mixture and sugar mixture and stir well.
  5. Add eggs one at a time, stirring after each addition until fully incorporated.
  6. Stir in flour just until combined.
  7. Chill batter for at least 20 minutes.
  8. Grease muffin tin.
  9. Spoon batter into muffin tin and bake for 10-11 minutes.
