Great dessert after our corned beef dinner. I had a caramel Irish cream and was excellent.

This was very good despite the fact that I misread the recipe and only used 2 tbs of Irish Cream in the cake mix itself, be careful not to do that but even doing so it was still a good, easy cake to make, just very chocolatey. I think one person commented they didn't have enough molten and I think I might have had just a smidgeon to much :)

I thought molten cakes would be complicated to make. I couldn't have been more wrong. They are so simple, and it looks like it took a lot of effort. I decided to make these for my husband for Valentines Day, and he loved it. I'm a little bummed though; I cooked it for a minute too long, so there wasn't much molten!! They were still great, and I will be making them again' being careful not to overcook :) Thanks

Mmmm... These were a very delicious treat. The center was just the right consistancy. Instead of Irish cream I used a slpash of vanilla extract, and that worked out fine. The cake was a little bitter, so next time I will either use a little more sugar or some semisweet chocolate.

To have such a decadent chocolate pud that's so quick and easy almost seems wrong! Found the final addition of more Irish Cream to the finshed puds a bit strong for my taste so will try adding this to some whipped cream next time. Halved. this recipe is just ideal for a quick, yet sinful, dessert for two. Already in my favourites! Thank you.

Delicious dessert! Love that I could make 2 single servings; it's so much better than having a full cake to eat! This recipe was rich, delicious and really easy to make. I used semi-sweet chocolate; otherwise made as is except to cut it in half. Thanks so much for posting this...I'll defnitely be making again!!

These are very good, if you love DARK chocolate, because they have very very little sugar! I dusted the inside of the ramekins with sugar before baking, and I also served them with vanilla bean ice cream for DH and DS. I ate mine with double strawberry ice cream. They were so EASY to make it was almost embarrasing! I will definately be making them again, maybe with a milder chocolate, I would have given it 5 stars if it wouldn't have been so terribly bitter.
