Great condiment for a marinade or to add to salsa or soups. From Solo Suppers by Joyce Goldstein.
- 1⁄2 cup fresh lemon juice
- 4 cloves garlic, finely minced
- 3 -4 jalapeno chiles, seeds included,finely minced
- fresh ground black pepper
- In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, garlic, chiles and lots of pepper.
- Store in a jar in the refrigerator for up to two months.
