Whew! I don't recommend trying to make this for dinner after work, which is what I tried to do. Took me about 3 and half hours, but I'm not the most organized person in the kitchen. This was our first time trying mole sauce, and it's definitely a different flavor! I liked it, BF loved it and DD hated it. (what a surprise). I marinated some packaged turkey breast in some bottled mojo sauce and then grilled to seal in the juices because I find turkey easy to dry out. Worked very well in the recipe. All in all, I'm glad I tried it but for me was too labor intensive to make again except for a special occasion. Thanks for sharing. Made for ZWT3.
