From Tofu cookery
- 709.77 ml apricot nectar
- 59.14 ml agar-agar flakes
- 226.79 g tofu, blended
- 44.37 ml honey or 44.37 ml agave nectar
- 473.18 ml walnuts or 473.18 ml pecans, chopped
- 354.88 ml carrots, shredded
- 118.29 ml golden raisin
- 2.46 ml vanilla
- Soak the flakes in the nectar for 5 minutes. After soaking, simmer for 15 minutes.
- Stir in the remaining ingredients. Make sure the tofu was well drained.
- Mix together well and pour into mold or dishes.
- Chill until firm 4-6 hours or overnight.
- Remove from mold and serve.
- For non-apian vegetarians and vegans do NOT use honey.
