These are seasoned, breaded, deep fried potatoes. Delicious!

  1. 1. Combine poultry seasoning, kosher salt, flour, and bread crumbs.
  2. 2. Cut potatoes into 1/4 inch slices.
  3. 3. Wisk together milk and egg.
  4. 4. Coat each potato slice with egg and milk mixture.
  5. 5. Dredge each slice in crumb mixture and seat aside on a plate to rest.
  6. 6. Add directly to 370 degree F oil and fry until golden brown.
  7. I wait to make this until I have slightly older oil as this this recipe completely ruins the oil afterward with the amount of flour in the recipe. The oil is usually brown after I make these. Enjoy!
