These fries are similar to delicious fries that are served in the pubs. The nice thing about these are that they are baked and not deep fried!!! Everyone enjoys these along with a variety of meals or on their own for a great snack. Serve with ketchup or ranch dressing.........MMMMMMM!!!!

After reading the other reviews, I also increased the seasoning and sprayed the fries with olive oil spray. This just didn't work out for us. The flour just really shines through. Maybe if the flour was just left out and they just had seasoning on them?

  1. Preheat oven to 450.
  2. Cut potatoes into wedges.
  3. Mix the seasonings into the flour.
  4. Mix the egg with the milk.
  5. Dip potato wedges into milk and then dip into seasoned flour.
  6. Place on greased baking pan.
  7. Drizzle with oil.
  8. Bake in oven 20-25 minutes until browned and tender. Serve hot.
