I came about these not just tasty but pretty cubes when I was making mojitos. I went overboard squeezing limes and had 1 1/2 cups of juice left over so I tossed in lime and mint and walla! If you skip the sugar it will be very tangy the way I enjoy it. Do use these in lemonade, juice, punch, ice teas, cocktails of choice.........

excellent idea! I used only lemon and lime juice and no water or sugar and these are just the thing to pop into a glass of water to pep it up with no effort at all. I'm trying to be healthier and drinking glasses of plain water can get really boring after a while so this is perfect. Also a brilliant idea for using up that half lemon or lime that was left over from some recipe and slowly dries out at the back of the fridge. NO More ! Next time I have a half over I will just slice some off, squeeze the juice and presto no waste! It wouldn't matter if you only add an icecube or two at a time either. Please see my rating system: a perfect 5 stars for a recipe that is simple, saves on kitchen waste and spoiled food, and helps give a zing to water and thus a healthier lifestyle. Thanks!
