"All my friends say I make the best Mojitos."

ingredients

• 1 ounce rum
• 1 tablespoon sugar
• 1 tablespoon lime juice
• 1⁄4 cup club soda
• 1 tablespoon of fresh mint

directions

1. Mix all ingredients together and garnish with a lime.

One needs to release the mint aroma by muddling. I put the fresh mint and sugar into a highball glass and muddled/pressed the mint into the glass to release the mint oils. Added 1-1/2 oz rum, 8 ice cubes, club soda.
