  1. To make simple syrup, bring water and sugar to a boil in a pot. Add mint, cook for 1 minute, then let cool for 30 minutes.
  2. To make the mojito, pour mint infused syrup, rum, lime juice and club soda in a glass filled with ice. Stir well.
  3. Add mint leaves and lime wedge (squeeze extra juice into glass as well). Stir well to combine.
