Mock Turkey - Amish Style

"Recipe from Amish cookbook. Haven't tried yet, but looks really tasty"

• Serves: 6-8

ingredients

• 2 lbs hamburger, browned
• 2 (10 1/2 ounce) cans cream of chicken soup
• 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of celery soup
• 4 cups milk
• 1 loaf bread, toasted
• salt, to taste
• pepper, to taste

directions

1. Brown hamburger.
2. Add hamburger to other ingredients in 1 1 /2 qt casserole dish.
3. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
