Mock Tahini II (Dire Emergency Tahini)

"Another "emergency" tahini recipe. I don't like to use tahini substitutions as a rule, but emergencies do arise from time to time."

• Ingredients: 3
• Yields: 1/2 cup

ingredients

• 1⁄2 cup sesame butter (store bought and a good quality sesame butter)
• 1⁄4 - 1⁄2 teaspoon toasted sesame oil (more or less, to taste)
• 1 tablespoon neutral oil (corn, vegetable, etc.)

directions

1. In small bowl combine both the ingredients and with a fork blend well.
2. Taste and adjust ingredients if necessary.
3. Refrigerate any leftovers.
