Another "emergency" tahini recipe. I don't like to use tahini substitutions as a rule, but emergencies do arise from time to time.
- 1⁄2 cup sesame butter (store bought and a good quality sesame butter)
- 1⁄4-1⁄2 teaspoon toasted sesame oil (more or less, to taste)
- 1 tablespoon neutral oil (corn, vegetable, etc.)
- In small bowl combine both the ingredients and with a fork blend well.
- Taste and adjust ingredients if necessary.
- Refrigerate any leftovers.
