These melt in your mouth. You can make the dough and keep it in the fridge until needed
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 1⁄2 cups margarine
- 1 cup icing sugar
- 2 1⁄2 cups flour
- 1⁄2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 1⁄4 teaspoons salt
- cream margarine, vanilla and sugar together.
- Beat until fluffy.
- Add dry ingredients and mix well.
- Shape dough into two long rectangles, wrap well and chill thoroughly.
- About an hour.
- Slice and bake at 350 degrees for 8- 10 minutes.
