  1. Steam Cauliflower approximately 8 minute.
  2. until tender not soft.
  3. meanwhile seperate yokes from whites.
  4. In a medium bowl:.
  5. Add egg yokes mashed, chopped green pepper.
  6. celery, onion and rest of the ingredients.
  7. stir until well blended.
  8. When the Cauliflower is cooled to handle
  9. cut into bite size pieces and add to mixture.
  10. I used 1/2 of the Cauliflower.
  11. You can use your own discretion as to the amount to add.
