I bought some at The Green Market for scones and thought "I can make it better than that." And I was right. This is so much fresher and lighter!


  1. In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar, and salt. Stir until well combined.
  2. Stir in whipping cream.
  3. With an electric mixer, beat mixture until stiff.
  4. Store in fridge.
