My sis-in-law Bonita Arber made this this weekend for a Mother Daughter Tea at her church.She said it is fabulous! She put it on my cranberry scones and said they were delicious together. Bonita is a great sis-in-law,and a great cook.

I put this on fresh buttermilk scones then topped it with raspberry jam. The flavor combination was wonderful!

Oh no! I've made a fruit crumble to use up some over-ripe fruit but I've got no cream OR icecream, only cream cheese and sour cream. It wasn't quite sweet enough for my taste and the sour cream taste & smell was noticeable, so I added an extra teaspoon of sugar and it was perfect!!
