No crab in this! Makes a nice dip or spread for crackers, without any seafood in it!

- Combine tomatoes and cheese in a saucepan on low heat and stir gently until cheese is melted.
- Remove from heat and add well beaten eggs.
- Return to low heat and cook until it is thick.
- Serve with crackers or chips.
tastes nothing like crab or pate. drained off a bunch of liquid and ran through a food processor to improve texture. added salt, dill, and chipotle mayo to give it a bit of flavor. somewhat ok at that point but i wont make this again.
