Don't have time to make true clotted cream? Try this lovely substitute.
- 3 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup heavy cream or 1 cup whipping cream
- 1 teaspoon powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Blend all ingredients using a food processor or blender until thick.
- Keep refrigerated.
