  1. Great recipe, Braunda! I enjoyed the flavor and the calorie count is fantastic! Thanks so much for sharing this with us. I'll be making it often this summer.

  2. Served this for Sunday dinner along with baked ziti and garlic toast. It was definitely a big hit. Doubled it for 6 adults and there wasn't even a crumb of parmesan left in the bowl! Will be making this often. I think with some grilled chicken breast, or some sauteed shrimp it would make a wonderful meal in itself!

  3. I made this 2 times actually. First time I used regular soy sauce, because I thought it was a tad bit too salty for my taste, 2nd time I used lower sodium soy sauce. Nice low fat dressing to use, very flavorful. Thanks for the recipe.

  4. This is a nice zesty dressing, though I didn't think it was like a caesar. I did throw in some olive oil and I will use a little less lemon next time. I topped with Amazing Chicken Marinade #29598 by GinnyP, and the flavors were wonderful together! Because the dressing is very liquidy, it would be easy to put too much and end up with a soup at the bottom of your salad, so I would reccomend to others that you toss lightly with your greens and test it first. We will use this one again, thanks for sharing!

  5. This is a really tasty salad dressing! While it didn't really taste like a caesar dressing, it had quite a unique flavor that is delicious on fresh salad greens. I made this exactly as directed, and think it will end up in our regular rotation. I also think this would be a delicious marinade for salmon or other fish or even vegetables, and can't wait to try it on grilled foods. I think this will be a very versatile dressing/marinade. Thanks, Braunda - this one's a keeper.

I do not think I have a pet peeve. I think people are different for reasons that are not known to us. We just have to get along. I always look for the good in people and not the things I do not like.
