This was my personal treat for the week. I used my mother-in-law's out of this world homemade ice cream for this smoothie. The finished product gave me an out-of-body experience. The flavor was intensely rich mocha. Mind-blowing. Thanks for this one. A new favorite of mine.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 3 scoops vanilla ice cream
  • 1 12 ounces espresso (room temperature)
  • 2 ounces chocolate syrup
  • 3 -4 ounces milk

Directions

  1. Add ingredients into blender.
  2. Start blending on slow speed and gradually increase speed to high.
  3. Blend until all ingredients are well combined.
  4. Garnish with chocolate covered espresso beans or shaved chocolate.
