Mocha Whipped Cream (To Ice Chocolate or Vanilla Cake)

"Next time you need to ice a chocolate or vanilla cake, try this devine mocha cream. It is truly excellent. This is enough to ice a 2 layer cake. The timing does not take into chilling time"

• Ingredients: 5
• Yields: 2 1/4 cups

ingredients

• 2 cups whipping cream
• 1⁄4 cup powdered sugar
• 3 tablespoons cocoa
• 1 teaspoon instant coffee powder
• 1 teaspoon vanilla

directions

1. Combine whipping cream, sugar, cocoa and coffee. Chill for 6 hours.
2. With your mixer, beat the whipping cream mixture until stiff. Stir in vanilla. Chill until ready to ice cake.
