Wonderful on pound cake or ice cream !
- In a small heavy saucepan, combine all ingredients and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture is smooth and slightly thickened. Cool.
- Serving size = 2 tablespoons.

Loved this recipe Susie. Could it be the coffee???? Hence my name;-) Definitely not real sweet and I guess that's why I liked it so. More of a dark chocolate taste. Another one of my fave's. I"m glad I picked it for the PAC...
I followed the recipe exactly, using brewed hazelnut decaf. Very quick and it thickens up to a perfect sauce. I tried a taste of it b4 putting on ice cream and didn't like it. Then I put it over vanilla ice cream and BOY! did it taste good. The two combinations are a winner. Thanks Susie!
