This drink always helps me to sleep through the cold night. You can take this during a cold evening too.
- 300 ml creamy milk
- 50 g chocolate, drops (for cooking)
- 10 ml instant coffee granules
- 15 -30 ml brandy
- whipped cream
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- Heat milk, chocolate and coffee to boiling in a medium jug, about 2-5mins.
- Stir well, add the brandy, pour into a glass or mug, top with whipped cream and sprinkle the cinnamon.
This is a typical Sacramento Fall evening; alightly windy, rather cold, overcast. It may rain. We had this for dessert with some crunchy cookies. What a terrific recipie! I'll have to pick up a BIG bottle of btandy next time I go dhopping.
