I really enjoyed this protein smoothie. I thought this tasted so good. I made this smoothie with GNC chocolate protein powder. I got this recipe from Obesity Help. It was posted by Dianne S.
- 3⁄4 cup crushed ice or 3 -4 ice cubes
- 8 ounces milk (of choice)
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
- 1 teaspoon instant decaffeinated coffee
- Blend in a magic bullet cup for 30 or so seconds.
