This asks for Cream de Menthe syrup but you may use the stronger stuff if you like. Mocha and mint, mmmmmmmmmmm

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 34 ounces thick chocolate syrup
  • 12 ounce creme de menthe coffee syrup
  • 2 ounces espresso, hot freshly brewed
  • sugar or Splenda sugar substitute
  • milk, hot steamed to fill cup (or foamed)
  • cocoa powder
  • chocolate shavings


  1. Pour chocolate syrup into a 12 oz cup.
  2. Stir once around lifting from the bottom to bring the syrups up
  3. add espresso.
  4. Sweeten as and if desired.
  5. Fill with hot steamed/foamed milk.
  6. Sprinkle with cocoa powder and shaved chocolate.

Very tasty! I didn't need extra sweetener. The mint and chocolate made this like a peppermint patty!
