It's summer time and we are all looking for those cold refreshing drinks. This is one that I found in a 1963 edition of Family Cooking, a cookbook published by Parents' Magazine.
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend.
YUM. I made this as a quick breakfast this morning. Good taste but was grainy from the coffee granules. Thanks for an easy shake. :)

I used plain low fat milk with 1 teasp cocoa, 1 teasp instant coffee, and probably more like 1/2cup vanilla ice cream. Blended it all in my magic bullet cup and then sat back sipping through a straw relaxing:) A 'keeper' :)
