    Stephen Shafer's Note:

    The only hot cocoa for one recipes that I could find use milk, but I wanted one I could make with coffee......................walah!!!! Update: Upon further investigation I have discovered that this recipe is more for two than one........................so, if you think it is a little thick, try cutting it in half.
