Mocha Fireside Coffee Mix

"This comes from "30 minutes or less" a cook book by home economics teachers. I have not tried this, but I plan to in the near future. I am a huge mocha fan."

• Ingredients: 7
• Yields: 80 cups
• Serves: 80

ingredients

• 2 1⁄2 cups non-dairy powdered coffee creamer
• 2 cups hot cocoa mix
• 1 cup instant coffee
• 1 cup ovaltine
• 1⁄4 cup sugar
• 1 tablespoon cinnamon
• 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg

directions

1. Combine all ingredients in a large plastic ziploc bag; mix well.
2. Store in a an airtight container.
3. To make 1 cup, add 4 teas. mixture to 1 cup boiling water.

Thank you for posting this! My grandmother used to make us jars full every year for Christmas, and I really miss it now that we've moved away! This is a delicious winter treat, perfect for the holidays or warming up from a cold day outside!
