This is really good. We're trying to avoid over-processed foods, and this makes a good alternative to the liquid creamers we were using. I'm still experimenting with just the right ratio of ingredients, but I have been successfully using this with splenda instead of sugar. I use 2 T. of mix in a big cup of coffee, but I've also been adding a little bit of milk to the finished product. I suspect that this would be even better with dairy creamer added, but I think the milk is better for us so that's what we've been doing. This is rich and chocolaty and we really look forward to it in the mornings. Thanks for posting it!people found this review Helpful. You can only vote others' reviews helpful or not helpful... Yes! another nice creamer for my coffee. I love mocha flavored creamers. I used diary creamer and I did add some Nestle's Quick to my mix and alittle more sugar but that is my personal preference. I like mine just a bit more chocolately and sweet. Its kinda like having hot cocoa and coffee together. YUM! Thanks for sharing your recipe. I love it!!people found this review Helpful. Really enjoyed this in my coffee this morning. I used a combination of dry milk and coffee creamer and had to use a lot more than 2 teaspoons...more like 3 tablespoons, but that's just my preference. I'm always on the look out for good creamer recipes. Thankx for sharing.people found this review Helpful. You can only vote others' reviews helpful or not helpful... Was this review helpful to you?
