- 1⁄2 cup chocolate graham cracker, crushed
- 3 chocolate graham crackers, chopped
- 1⁄3 cup butter, softened
- 1⁄4 cup Equal sugar substitute
- 1 teaspoon instant coffee, diluted in
- 3 teaspoons hot water
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- COMBINE the crushed Grahams, chopped Grahams, softened butter, sugar, and coffee in a mixing bowl.
- SHAPE mixture into one-inch balls. Roll the balls in powdered sugar. Flatten the balls. Chill before serving.
