Thank you for sharing this tasty recipe Saralaya. We really enjoyed these decadent treats. The brownies were perfect, light and tender, fudgy and chewy, with an excellent mocha flavor. I frosted them with a whipped cream cheese frosting a little bittersweet frosting, they were wonderful. Made for Spring Pac/12

We had just brought the cattle up from the pastures below this morning for their check-ups tomorrow. While I was preparing the barn for them, my mind wondered off to the distant thought of the brownies I was making later this afternoon by a dear person that had voted for a stupendous town that needed some extra help. I picked this recipe to make because it had all the components that upon devouring them make you feel as though you had indulged yourself in a vat of chocolate and mocha. As I was preparing these with ease, the aroma of the mocha, and the chocolate of the brownies were already calling my name, so I knew, just knew, that these were going to be the highlight of my day. I followed this exactly. Even down to using the toaster oven/convection oven. The timing was perfect, heck the whole recipe is perfection plus. I cut two, ate one, and am sitting here looking the second one in the face. Ah well, I will work it off tomorrow letting the cattle back down to the beautiful, green pasture. But for right now, I have a brownie with the name, "A-N-D-I" printed on it. Lovely! Made to honor you for your contribution to the Village of Lawerencetown NS March 2010
