Simple basic

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 2 -3 lbs ground chuck
  • 1 cup oatmeal
  • 1 (1 1/4 ounce) package dry onion soup mix
  • 1 egg
  • 12 cup ketchup
  • green peppers (optional) or red pepper, chopped (optional)

Directions

  1. mix all ingredients together and bake at 350 d. f. for 45-60 minute.
