Yum! Closest I've had yet to the spaghetti factory! Moved away and I've missed it. I added a little minced garlic to the butter for good measure.

Hi Denver cook, have been making this for awhile now and I forgot to review it. I love, love, love it! Easy and yummy - added red pepper flakes for that zing, from now on am going to use mizithra cheese from now on. Thanks for posting, Diane ?)

DH always orders this at the local Spaghetti Factory. He is so happy that I found this recipe. He doesn't have to wait hours in line to get this for dinner any more. This is a quick and easy, but high fat dish to prepare. (Who doesn't need a little fat to keep your hair shining.) This is so delicious you must try it at least once. I plan to make it again. Thank's Denver cook for posting.

Obviously not the most health-conscious dish around, but a wonderful occasional indulgence. I did use a bit less butter. This simple recipe is great as is, but the garlic-lover in me thinks it would be exceptional with the addition of a few cloves of garlic. :) Thanks for posting!

One of my very favorite pasta dishes. I use olive oil rather than butter and you can never get too much mizithra.
