Just something I made up--my daughter loves this.
Make and share this Mixed Vegetables Salad recipe from Food.com.
- 1 (16 ounce) package frozen mixed vegetables
- 3⁄4 cup ranch dressing
- Mix together and refrigate.
- Serve cold.
In this household, mixed vegies get consumed faster if they are part of a salad. After making your recipe, I spooned the vegies over chopped iceberg lettuce and topped witih coarsely crushed Mrs. McCubbin's Fat Free Croutons. Very good!
