I'm posting this to go along with the gingernut recipe I posted, which calls for mixed spice, which is not commonly available in the US.
- 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon ground pimentos (ground red pepper)
- 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1⁄2 teaspoon coriander
- 1⁄2 teaspoon clove
- Mix together well and store in an airtight container for up to 1 year.
