This is an awesome recipe!!! The taste is wonderful!! I also saw this recipe on the food network site and followed the recommendation to add cayenne pepper and nutmeg. We were addicted. It was also so easy to make. The other recipe double the ingredients which we did. A definite keeper and will make for guests. Can't wait to have it again.
I really enjoyed this. the only change I made is that I used a fish seasoning mix instead of salt and pepper. This turned out great, my son was upset there were no left-overs for his lunch. This was very easy, quick, and tasty. I really like that this is low carb too. I will be making this again. Next time I'll use fresh parsley , I had to use dry because I forgot to buy some fresh but it turned out great just the same. Thank you.
