- 59.14 ml red wine vinegar
- 14.79 ml Dijon mustard
- 14.79 ml chopped fresh thyme
- 177.44 ml olive oil
- 2 (283.49 g) bag mixed baby greens
- 354.88 ml dried cranberries (about 7 ounces)
- 1 small red onion, very thinly sliced
- 354.88 ml glazed pecans (about 8 ounces) or 354.88 ml walnuts (about 8 ounces)
- 155.92 g log soft fresh goat cheese, crumbled (about 1 1/4 cups)
directions
- Whisk vinegar, mustard, and thyme in small bowl. Gradually whisk in oil. Season dressing with salt and pepper.
- Mix greens, cranberries, and onion in large bowl. Mix in enough dressing to coat. Sprinkle with nuts and cheese.
