An easy to make berry smoothie.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 cup mixed berry (frozen or fresh)
  • 1 12 cups crushed ice
  • 1 cup 1% low-fat milk
  • 6 ounces low-fat berry yogurt or 6 ounces low-fat vanilla yogurt
  • 1 -2 tablespoon Hersheys Chocolate Syrup
  • 1 -2 tablespoon chocolate-flavor Nestle Nesquik powder

Directions

  1. Put all ingredients in blender. Blend until there are no ice chunks. Pour smoothie into glasses and top with whipped cream if desired. Enjoy!
