An easy to make berry smoothie.
- 1 cup mixed berry (frozen or fresh)
- 1 1⁄2 cups crushed ice
- 1 cup 1% low-fat milk
- 6 ounces low-fat berry yogurt or 6 ounces low-fat vanilla yogurt
- 1 -2 tablespoon Hersheys Chocolate Syrup
- 1 -2 tablespoon chocolate-flavor Nestle Nesquik powder
- Put all ingredients in blender. Blend until there are no ice chunks. Pour smoothie into glasses and top with whipped cream if desired. Enjoy!
