- 1⁄2 cup non-fat vanilla yogurt
- 1⁄2 cup raisins dates and pecans cereal
- 1⁄4 cup fresh blueberries
- 1⁄4 cup fresh raspberry
- 1 dash ground cinnamon or 1 dash ground nutmeg
- LAYER half each of the yogurt, cereal and berries in parfait glass. Repeat layers.
- SPRINKLE with cinnamon.
