- 1 cup frozen mixed berries
- 2 scoops low-fat frozen yogurt or 2 scoops lemon sorbet
- 1 1⁄2 cups freshly squeezed orange juice
directions
- Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into two tall glasses and serve.
