  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 2 scoops low-fat frozen yogurt or 2 scoops lemon sorbet
  • 1 12 cups freshly squeezed orange juice


  1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into two tall glasses and serve.
