Nothing wildly fancy... just a good WW-friendly snack that I like to throw together when I have spare ricotta to use up. 4 ww points per generous serving, according to the WW recipe builder.
- 1⁄3 cup low-fat ricotta cheese
- 1 tablespoon honey (I prefer orange blossom honey)
- 1 tablespoon sugar substitute (Splenda)
- 2⁄3 cup mixed berry (I usually use sliced strawberries and blueberries)
