- 1 bag frozen hash brown potatoes
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 carton sour cream
- 1⁄2 cup butter (softened)
- 1 1⁄2 cups mild cheddar cheese
- salt and black pepper
- 3⁄4 cup Ritz cracker crumbs
- Mix first 6 ingredients together in a large mixing bowl.
- Pour into a greased 9x13 baking dish Top with cracker crumbs Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes or until bubbly.
